Dr. Caroline Addington is a former engineer + neuroscientist turned organic Instagram marketing maven. She's the founder of Bigger Than A Brand, an online community that helps coaches master their Instagram marketing in a way that feels true to them AND books all the clients.
She's also the host of the Empowered Expression podcast, where she interviews New York Times Bestsellers and 7-figure entrepreneurs about what it's really like behind-the-scenes of their business. Caroline's an advocate for being your whole self online, marketing with love, and having a healthy relationship social media.
She blends her deep understanding of how our brains work (and awesome ability to explain it all in laymen's terms) with crazy amounts of authenticity and energy. She's deeply in love with helping heart-centered online coaches *finally* figure out how to attract their ideal clients on Instagram.
Even if you're not a coach or running an online business, this episode is packed with so much juicy creative goodness and we really pull apart just how important surrendering is for living a creative life.
